Graphology in Business

RECRUITMENT

Organisations use a Graphologist in personnel selection when they need a fast and accurate insight into the true personality and capabilities of short listed candidates. Often what is seen at interviews is a façade which the candidate projects. An in-depth report is able to determine the suitability of candidates in terms of personality and how they are likely to ‘blend’ in with company culture. It quickly establishes strengths and weaknesses which may not immediately be apparent and enables the company to quickly ascertain the candidate’s suitability for the job. More importantly it determines reliability and ethics, particularly where handling money is concerned.

TEAM BUILDING

Companies find Graphology useful in establishing workplace relationships and setting up effective teams. Being more aware of how team members interact with each other and the boss increases efficiency. In order to get the best out of people it is important to establish what part they play within a team, e.g. Leader, Persuader, Team Player, Perfectionist or Original Thinker. Greater efficiency increases productivity and above all increases job satisfaction.

CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT

Exhibitions, Product Launches or even small informal events: My services are in demand for a variety of functions because most people enjoy learning a bit about themselves and their handwriting. Graphologists are quite rare, so it's an unusual and fun way of breaking the ice and encouraging people to interact. It gets them thinking about the way they 'tick' in an informal setting.
